After overcoming surgery and putting on over 40 lbs, Shlial O'neal decided that this isn't who she is so she made a decision to change her life.

Day 1: February 19, 2016

Before we began, we set a goal. The goal was set by analyzing capabilities, admitting past mistakes and taking account weaknesses. This is was the goal:

"Lose 40 pounds by July 1st before Cancun trip and birthday Celebration. Lose 10 pounds every month for 4 months. Maintain and live healthy lifestyle."

WEIGHT: 192 LBS

Day 100:

June 3, 2016

This is the hardest moment of the process,  putting in the work but not reaching the desired weight Goal. We have to make changes, look at nutrition.

WEIGHT: 180 LBS

Day 180

September 5,2016

WEIGHT: 170 LBS

One Month away from Shlial's Birthday ! It's game time. It isn't the exercise, it has to be nutrition. So Shlial decided to make some major changes and lost 10 lbs in a month period.
